Hon. Simeon Chepseba hosted Dr. Chris K Kiptoo on a development tour of Soy ward in Elgeyo Marakwet County. During the visit, the community received 7,000 coffee seedlings for distribution to farmers in the hanging valley. Later, various water projects, including boreholes and dams, were inspected.
