The third edition of the Kaptagat Forest Marathon marked a major milestone with the introduction of its first-ever 42km race, attracting thousands of runners to support conservation and environmental restoration. Held as part of the 10th anniversary celebrations of the Kaptagat Integrated Conservation Programme (KICP), the event showcased how sport can unite communities, athletes, and partners in protecting the Kaptagat Forest while promoting sustainable development and climate action.
